STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

During our initial consultation, we'll get to know you and your unique vision for your event. This is where we'll discuss your Pinterest ideas, preferences, theme, color scheme, and any specific floral elements you have in mind. Whether you come to us with a detailed plan or just a vague idea, we'll work together to clarify your vision and ensure that we're on the same page.

STEP 2: PROPOSAL AND BOOKING

You will receive a proposal of the floral quote for your event within 2 WEEKS of our initial consultation. This quote is based on our initial consultation discussion. After reviewing your proposal, a 25% deposit is required to officially book with us and save your date. It is very common to get inspired by new ideas or to see details change as you continue through the planning process - we totally understand! We will check in periodically to adjust your proposal, and document any changes, as they occur.

STEP 3: FINAL CONSULTATION

We schedule a final consultation 30-45 days out from the wedding or event day to finalize all of the details. This is ensures plenty of time to order all of your blooms! During our final consultation we go over each item on your contract, adjust table numbers, discuss timeline for delivery, and ensure we have every detail covered.

STEP 4: SOURCING

With the design finalized, we'll begin sourcing the perfect flowers for your arrangements. We work with trusted wholesale suppliers and local farms to secure the highest quality flowers and ensure your blooms not only look beautiful, but will through your wedding day. From classic roses, to exotic orchids or local seasonal blooms, we'll select the perfect flowers to complement your vision and enhance the overall aesthetic of your event.

STEP 5: DESIGN AND DELIVERY

Once the flowers arrive, our team of floral stylists will get to work preparing and designing your blooms. Drawing on our expertise and creativity, we'll craft designs that bring your vision to life. 

We are a full service floral studio! On the day of your event, our team will arrive at your venue to set up your floral. We'll carefully place each piece, ensuring that every bloom is positioned just right and we will ensure the quality of every bloom. We will not depart until we ensure you are over the moon with happiness with your florals.

  • Most often, we see most brides reach out 9 months to 1 year in advance. At this point in the planning process, couples have a general grasp on the aesthetic for their day (colors, patterns, number of people in their bridal party, big details), and can do a general consultation with that information.

    Note: We tend to book quickly as we enter into the New Year. Please plan to schedule your consultation as soon as you feel you have the proper information!

  • Some basic helpful information would be:

    • Basic Inspiration Photos of bouquets (even if its just one)

    • General color scheme

    • How many people are in your wedding party

    • Where the ceremony and reception will take place

    • A guestimate of how many people are invited to the wedding (this will change later on with RSVPs)

    • Any ideas for big pieces, ceremony or reception bloom ideas are also welcomed (inspo photos are helpful for this)

  • No Problem! We are wedding and event floral stylists specializing in weddings and events! That said, if you are having difficulty finding things you like, narrowing your ideas down, or are stumped on how to bring things you like together, we would be happy to discuss these things! Our initial consultation includes designing each part of your day: personal, ceremony, and reception blooms! Let’s chat it out and find the things that inspire you!

  • The truth is, there isn't a single "cover all" reason why flowers are costly. Each floral team does it differently, But here are some of the reasons behind our costs:

    • Preparation time and labor

    • Individual stem costs fluctuate throughout the seasons

    • Stem selection

    • On site innovation and quality control

  • Our minimum exists to ensure we can provide our clients the most full-service experience possible. A minimum allows us to limit the number of weddings we work on in any given week, dedicating more of our time, attention and creativty to your blooms!

  • The minimum does not apply to those events. However, the pricing is not uniform for each event, and the cost is dependent on availability and overall vision for the event.

  • Currently, our clients pay an average of $3,000-$6,000 for their blooms, depending on wedding size. These orders include anything from personal blooms, some form of ceremony blooms, and reception pieces.

  • No, we do not offer DIY floral. Because we are a full service studio, we want to ensure we have eyes on all of the blooms to ensure that the quality and quantity are correct and beautiful!

  • We take care of delivery as part of our contract to ensure quality! Accidents happen, and things change on the day of, so we want to be sure we have eyes on everything so that you can have a stress-free and beautiful day!

  • Don’t sweat it, friend! We are here to help you dream big while also being mindful. Because we are wedding floral stylists and specialists, we provide much insight and expertise into your vision. We are happy to chat through things and help you get the most out of your blooms.
